1. Can I schedule a tutoring session?

If a parent wishes to schedule a certain time for their child, the parent can email or call Knowledge+ (knowledgeplusisus@gmail.com), so that the parent and board can communicate an appropriate time that is included in the tutoring hours.

2. What is the time duration for each tutoring session?

The tutor is required to give every student at least 1 hour of tutoring if the student needs it. If the student requires more than an hour of help, the tutor may offer it to them if and only if there are no more students waiting their turn to receive help.

3. What happens if the tutor does not know how to help the student?

If the situation arises, that the tutor does not acquire the qualification to teach a student a certain topic, then that tutor may ask other tutors present for help and can take at most 15 minutes of the students time to learn the topic themselves, but after 15 minutes pass, the student can leave and we are no longer responsible for the student and the student is not expected to donate.
